These terms govern your use of the My-O-Staff Pty Ltd website at myostaff.com (“the website”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
The content on this website is general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Figures shown for the Mode data-licensing program (including the indicative $100,000–$5,000,000 range and referral partner earnings) are indicative only — not offers or guarantees. Mode Inc makes all decisions on eligibility, valuation and pricing, and its written agreement governs any transaction.
My-O-Staff is an approved referral partner of Mode Inc (mode.inc). If a company you refer (or your own company) completes a data license with Mode, Mode pays My-O-Staff a referral fee. This fee is paid by Mode and is never deducted from any payment made to you or your company. Referral partners are paid by Mode directly under a separate written agreement.
This website links to and embeds third-party services including Mode Inc (data.mode.inc), Calendly, Close (CRM), YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, LinkedIn, Udemy and goplasticneutral.com. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your dealings with any third party are strictly between you and that third party.
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, logos and videos — is the property of My-O-Staff Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce content without our written permission.
Submitting the contact form or booking a call creates no obligation on either side. Any services My-O-Staff provides are governed by a separate agreement between you and My-O-Staff.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My-O-Staff Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, reliance on its content, or your dealings with any third party linked from it. This website is provided “as is” and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
